Abstract

In order to compute the DAU, the Bureau has commissioned the Government to prepare the data to be used as the basis of allocation of the General Allocation Fund (DAU). In 2014 the basic data DAU allocation policy which is the financial balance between the center and regions including the Mid-Year Population 2014, the Human Development Index (HDI) 2013, the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2013, 2014 Construction Cost Index. Construction Cost Index and an area referred to as the regional index. Construction Cost Index (CCI) CCI provincial and district / city since 2004 is calculated based on Law No. 33 of 2004 replacing Law No. 25 of 1999 which base the Building Price Index (IHB). CCI is one of the variables to calculate DAU and used as a geographical approach to the difficulty level of each district / city in every province in Indonesia. IKK Jayawijaya district counted from 2009 and 2014 are calculated together with 14 other districts in Indonesia that covers 505 districts / cities.
