Analysis of the Data Needs Survey for Jayawijaya Regency 2020

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. Respondents at SKD 2020 are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistical Services unit (PST) from January 1 to September 30, 2020. In general, the purpose of implementing SKD 2020 is to obtain evaluation material from consumers as a support for improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of the 2020 SKD are presented in the form of a publication containing descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the service and quality of BPS data. The scope of analysis for the 2020 SKD results is the PST BPS Jayawijaya Regency.
